Three Strands
The psychology of effective learning and motivation, social-emotional learning and future-ready pedagogy — directly applicable to classroom practice.
Teachers design and lead development projects, mentor peers and act as change agents. Five roles: Change Agent, Collaborator, Researcher, Mentor, Advocate.
Professional Learning Communities give teachers a structured cycle for shared inquiry, experimentation, peer feedback and continuous refinement.
The PLC Cycle
01
Teams identify a real question from their own classrooms.
02
The question is tested against learning science and existing evidence.
03
A concrete change is trialled in practice and observed.
04
Peer feedback closes the loop and the practice is refined or adopted.
Curriculum
Each course is approximately 50 hours. Sequencing is set with the school during the design phase.
Next Step
The third pillar makes new practice permanent.
